Jordan Peterson's itemization of the Liberal collapse in governance

1) the eclipse of parliamentary governmental process by reliance on (health) experts, in combination with the substitution of mob rule via the immediacy of opinion poll, which is a direct manipulated feedback of a government funded press fear feeding the Canadian masses (to the tune of more than $595 million salary subsidy in the last four years (14:51), under the Liberals to Canada's MSM ("legacy media"), with an additional $1.2 billion annually going to the CBC, who are such a US political spigot they blamed the Freedom Convoy on "Russian influence", plus $60 million ear-marked as a pandemic support fund (and another $60 million earmarked for the Toronto Star). Canada's Parliament has been shut down for most of two years due to the Covid-19 lockdown already, acclimating that direct democratic governance in the form arrived at by western democracy is not an "essential service" - "we've been governed essentially without Parliament for two years", but "perhaps the worst was the decision to suspend Parliament on Friday from discussing the Emergency Act because of the action that was instituted by the police as a consequence of the Emergency Act".

2) the unprecedented invokation of the EMA in its first ever use in a manner that wiped out all due process in its implementation and all public accountability in a massive over-reaction to tow truck drivers' refusal to move 300 indefinitely parked semis on local/federal government orders due to physical logistical risks, -this intransigence was responsible for the country wide suspension of Canadian civil liberties, in all likelihood because there was no criminal offence the government could find to charge the protesters with, (given all that they ultimately arrived at was a blanket charge of mischief they had to criminalise). That the Canadian Liberal government refused to disclose its purported legal basis for invoking the EMA, this deliberate entry into complete unaccountability is what we would call a "tell".

3) the use of the EMA to seize Canadian bank accounts absent due process for financially supporting a peaceful protest, with untold ramifications in terms of financial trust

4) "the precedent to define retroactive crime, because now funding a perfectly legal protest through legal means [crowd funding] has been criminalized and associated with terrorism and organized crime, and can be punished without trial by fiat, and that appears to be permanent"

5) "then we have the extension and redefinition of crime, because mischief has now been expanded as a category to arrest people for without cause and now you can aid and abet mischief"

6) "and then they [forcibly] compelled the tow truck operators to start operating" [using the EMA after searching the semis at gunpoint with hundreds of armed to the teeth police personnel brought in from across the country], "and Trudeau said they would get 'just compensation'" -tow truck personnel were in full neon green face masks with their company logos covered for this operation, which you now can't find a single image of using a search engine (try, go ahead)

(Rabbit Hole #3: -What Jordan Peterson missed by being in the conservative ideological silo all this time is that three of these escalations have been developed in Canada over decades: 4), 5) and the polling as manipulation aspect of 1) are in no way recent.)
